Vind antwoorden op je vragen over het kopen, bezichtigen en bezitten van je ideale boot, allemaal op één handige plek.
Wij ruilen in principe geen boten in, simpelweg omdat wij geen ligplaatsen hebben om ingeruilde jachten te stallen. Het komt wel eens voor dat een eigenaar een ruil wil overwegen, maar in de praktijk blijkt dit vaak ongewenst.
Smits Jachtmakelaardij heeft meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in de watersport. Twee van onze makelaars zijn opgeleid aan de IVA in Driebergen en hebben uitgebreide ervaring in de branche. Daarnaast beschikken wij over een NMBS-certificaat. Omdat we tweedehands jachten verkopen, kunnen wij geen garantie geven op de jachten. Daarom raden wij altijd aan een keuring te laten uitvoeren door een onafhankelijke en gecertificeerd scheepsexpert, zodat u een uitgebreid beeld krijgt van de huidige technische staat van het jacht.
Wat betreft nieuwbouwjachten wordt er vanuit de werf standaard 2 jaar garantie gegeven.
Om een bezichtiging te regelen, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via het contactformulier op onze website, per e-mail, via WhatsApp, of door te bellen naar ons kantoor. Vermeld de naam of het model van de boot die u wilt bezichtigen, zodat wij een geschikt tijdstip met u kunnen afspreken. Indien u meerdere jachten op één dag wilt bezichtigen, kunnen we dit vaak goed op elkaar afstemmen.
Oriëntatie: Begin met het bekijken van ons online aanbod om een indruk te krijgen van de beschikbare boten. U kunt onze zoekfunctie gebruiken om te filteren op type, grootte, prijs en meer.
Contact opnemen: Neem contact met ons op via het online formulier, WhatsApp, telefoon of e-mail om een bezichtiging te plannen of eventuele aanvullende vragen te stellen.
Bezichtiging: Regel een bezichtiging om de boot persoonlijk te bekijken. Een van onze makelaars is hierbij altijd aanwezig. De eigenaar van het jacht kan ook aanwezig zijn om al uw vragen te beantwoorden.
Bod uitbrengen: Als de boot bevalt, kunt u een bod uitbrengen. Wij zullen namens u onderhandelen met de verkoper om tot een prijsakkoord te komen.
Contract: Bij overeenstemming stellen wij een koopcontract op dat door beide partijen wordt ondertekend.
Keuring: Wij adviseren een professionele keuring van de boot om de staat en eventuele gebreken vast te stellen.
Betaling en overdracht: Na de betaling wordt de boot officieel overgedragen, inclusief alle benodigde documentatie.
